Year 4 visited and stayed at East Soar Farm as part of their residential trip and were hosted by the lovely couple Schalk, Marijke and their very hospitable family. Across the three days the children participated in a range of practical activities such as knot skills, den building, animal feeding and experiences with National Trust rangers. The children extremely enjoyed themselves by having some independence away from home with their classmates, learning about the local area/environment and developing their personal/social skills.
