Meal-time Assistants needed urgently.

We urgently need your help. Despite advertising this role below on a number of occasions, we have received no applications and we are now in a difficult position regarding lunchtime supervision. This support is essential to keep children safe, happy and well‑supported during the school day. If there is any possibility you could give up just one lunchtime a week, we would be extremely grateful to hear from you. We can be flexible – for example, if five people were each able to work one lunchtime a week, together this would fully cover the role. All positions are paid, with full training provided, and are subject to the usual safeguarding checks. Even a small commitment from several members of our community would make a huge difference.

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Mealtime Assistant to join our team and support our children during the lunch period.

Hours: 1 hour a day
Days: Monday to Friday
Start Date: As soon as possible

The role involves:

• Supervising children in the dining hall and playground
• Encouraging healthy eating and positive social interaction
• Supporting children’s wellbeing and safety during lunchtime
